What this service is, and what it can't promise.
Last revised October 27, 2026. These terms cover the Lufkin Tree Removal website and phone number. Using either one means you accept them.
1. A go-between, not a tree company
Lufkin Tree Removal takes requests for tree removal, trimming, stump grinding and clearing and forwards them to independent tree contractors. We own no equipment, employ no climbers or ground crew, and sign no contract with you for tree work; any deal is strictly between you and the contractor. When a page here talks about how a tree comes down or a stump gets ground, it is describing work local contractors do.
2. What we can't promise
Whether a contractor is free on your date, what they charge, how well they work, whether they carry insurance, and whether they stand behind the job are all outside our control. Before work starts, see their insurance certificate, get more than one bid, and put the scope and price on paper.
3. The facts and figures on these pages
Dollar amounts come from the published guides credited on each page and are ranges, not estimates for your tree. Notes on Lufkin, Oncor and Texas rules are a general summary; they are not legal advice or an arborist's opinion, and the underlying rules can change after we last checked them.
4. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, any loss tied to this website, to a referral we make, or to a contractor's work is not our responsibility.
5. Which law applies
The laws of the State of Texas.
