What we receive, why, and who gets it.
Last revised October 27, 2026. Lufkin Tree Removal ("we") runs a website and a phone line that route tree work requests in and around Lufkin. Below, in plain question-and-answer form, is what that involves for your personal information.
What ends up with us?
When you use the form or email us: the name, phone number, email address, town, job type and notes you typed, along with which page you were on and a timestamp. When you phone us: the caller ID number, the date and the length of the call, kept by the phone company we use, plus any voicemail you leave. Calls can be recorded. When you simply browse: routine server logs from our web host (pages requested, browser and device type). There are no ad-tracking cookies on this site. The form may also run Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot filter that reads technical signals from your browser.
What is it used for?
Four things only: forwarding your job to a tree contractor who covers your town, replying to your questions, keeping a log of referrals sent, and catching spam or misuse.
Who else sees it?
The tree contractor we pass your job to, who pays us for each referral; our phone system may also put your call through to that contractor directly. The vendors that host the site and handle our calls, email and form traffic. Law enforcement or a court, if the law obliges us, or where someone's safety is at stake. Nobody buys your details from us, and we don't send you promotions for other products.
Are calls recorded?
They can be. Callers hear a recording notice before anything else.
How long is it kept?
Only while we still need it for referral records and ordinary bookkeeping; after that it's deleted.
Can I have it changed or removed?
Yes. Email info@lufkintreeremoval.com and ask to review, correct or erase your details. We can't pull back a copy a contractor already has; ask them directly for that.
Is this for kids?
No. Arranging tree work is a job for adults, and we don't knowingly take in anything from anyone under 18.
Will this page change?
Possibly. The revision date at the top shows when it last did.
